Cultural information: Sometimes referred to as a "Butter-cup" look alike... "Lesser Spearwort" is quite attractive in medium to large ponds when mixed with other plants. Set plants in early spring at the ponds edge or directly in the pond utilizing a pond basket, at a maximum depth of 4". Once established "Lessor Spearwort" is easy to propagate by dividing the plants. Remove any dead or dying foliage and flowers as it appears.
