| Cultural
information: "Willow Grass" is an unusual
plant. Notice it's last name amphibia. This means it can be
grown as a terrestrial plant or as a water plant. It's said that
"Willow Grass can be invasive. The above picture was taken at
my favorite Northern Pike fishing lake near Granby, Co. Submerge aquatic basket on the pond floor
between 12" to 18" deep. Oblong floating leaves can
reach 8" - 9" in length. Flower spikes are 3" - 5"
long. Remove dead or dying
foliage and flowers as they appear. |
