Cultural information: Parochetus communis looks very similar to Clover that you'll find in your lawn. During late summer this compact low growing plant produces small 1" bright blue flowers. Plant in partial shade in boggy or moist soils. It is not picky about soil type. Parochetus can also be planted in shady rock gardens.

Also look for Parochetus africana... "Shamrock Pea". Being native to South Africa, it's also not winter hardy in Colorado. "Shamrock Pea" look nearly identical to, and requires the same care as Parochetus communis.
