Cultural information: Submerge aquatic basket on the pond floor between 8" to 24" deep. Round floating leaves can reach  7" - 9" in circumference. Very fragrant flowers are 6" - 8" round. Remove dead or dying foliage as it appears. 'Charlene Strawn' is one of the most fragrant of all the hardy water lilies.
