Ornamental Grasses Cultivation: Plant Karl Foerster Feather Reed grass in full sun to partial shade, in fertile well drained soil. Once established this medium height grass tolerates drought quite well.

Space container grown plants 24" - 36" apart. "Karl Foerster Feather Reed" will tolerate many soil types. To maintain vigor cut back old growth in early spring before new growth emerges.

Propagation:
Purchase pre-started plants from your local Garden Center or greenhouse. Once established, the grass can be divided during mid-spring.
