General Cut Flower Care: Keep the water in the vase of your White Agapanthus fresh. Replace the water every 3 days with cold water keeping the water level near the top of the vase. With each water change re-cut 1/2" from the base of each stem under water using a sharp knife to avoid bacteria growth.

Variety note: White Agapanthus is available nearly year round with occasional breaks in supply on and off throughout the year. African Lily is available in dark blue, light blue and white. Bunches measure 30" to 36" or more in length with 5 to 10 stems per bunch. The stems are quite thick and easy to work with. Spent African Lily flowers can be removed as new flowers open.

Add a commercial floral preservative such as AquaPlus or FloraLife to the vase that contains your "Agapanthus" with each water change. Floral preservative helps to prevent bacteria growth and feeds your flowers insuring a longer vase life. To make your own cut flower food mix 1/2 teaspoon of table sugar to a quart of cold water... mixing thoroughly.
