Cultivation: Salvia 'Flare' has a mounded growth habit that flowers constantly with spikes of scarlet-red blossoms. Its one of the better garden performers.

Plant Salvia Flare in full sun to partial shade in moist, fertile well drained soil. Midday shade is beneficial. Space plants 9" - 14" apart. Feed monthly with a balanced liquid fertilizer when in beds.

Potential pests ~ diseases: Aphids, powdery mildew or whiteflies.
